Returns window
Customers may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Product condition
Opened skincare and makeup cannot be returned unless the item is faulty. All returns must be in their original packaging.
How to return an item
Returns must be sent by post. Before returning an item, please contact support@beauty.manoxo.co.uk with your order number.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for non-faulty returns. No restocking fee is charged.
Faulty or damaged items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please report it to support@beauty.manoxo.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not currently offered. If you require a different product, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
